Questions, answered.
Does Nudge02 record my screen?
No. It takes one screenshot at the moment you send a question or request the next step, sends it to get an answer, and does not keep it. There is no background capture or recording.
Where does my data go?
Your question and that screenshot go to our server over HTTPS and are forwarded to an AI model provider (Anthropic) to produce the answer. We do not store them. We keep only your licence key, a random device id, plan and usage counts. Payments are handled by Stripe. Details are in the privacy policy.
Is Do mode safe?
Do mode moves the mouse and types on your computer, so it is built around control: every action is shown, sensitive ones need your confirmation, and Esc stops it at once. Even so, AI can make mistakes, so supervise it and do not use it for anything where an error would be costly or irreversible. See the disclaimers below.
What counts as a "step"?
One screen check plus the answer: asking a question, moving to the next guide step, or one action in Do mode. Failed requests are refunded automatically.
Which apps does it work with?
Any app you can see on screen. It reads pixels, not application internals, so nothing needs to be installed in the other app. Accuracy is best on clear, standard interfaces and can drop on very small, cluttered or unusual ones.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Cancel any time from the account page using your licence key; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refund terms are on the refund page.
I bought on the website. How do I activate it?
After paying you get a licence key on the confirmation page. In the app open Settings (⚙), paste it under licence key and press Save. If you upgraded from inside the app, it unlocks by itself.
Is there a Mac or Linux version?
Not yet. Leave your email in the download section and we will write once when it is ready.
